Nick Taylor wins the Sony Open in dramatic fashion - chipping in for eagle on the last hole to force a playoff before eventually winning the title in that playoff. We will talk Sony Open in Hawaii and how a short course holds up to the best players in the world. The PGA Tour is back to the mainland this week as the West Coast Swing starts in Palm Springs for the American Express Championship. A solid field of players will head to the desert for a tournament that is usually low scoring and played on three different golf courses. Last year's winner as an amateur, Nick Dunlap is back to defend his title in what is a pretty solid field. Interesting comments were made this week about LIV golf from both an exiting player and Fred Couples. We will discuss what is happening and what we think may happen with Bryson DeChambeau and Brooks Koepka when their contracts expire. President elect Donald Trump supposedly shot a 68 today to win a senior club championship, but something with it is fishy.
