With the world watching the 150th Open Championship and basically the entire crowd at the Old Course rooting for Rory, Cam Smith rides excellent ball striking, a hot blade and balls of steel to fire a back-nine thirty en route to a final round 64 to steel the Open Championship from the grasp of Rory McIlroy, who eventually came in third after Cameron Young's epic eagle on 18. LIV is in the golf news again this week with rumors of Cam Smith, Hideki Matsuyama, Henrik Stenson and other defecting away from the PGA & DP World. Tours to sign lucrative contracts with LIV Golf.
